Supporting Your People in the Workplace: Grief and Loss & Menopause
This session is for HR Specialists and Law Firm Leaders:
Grief and Loss in the Workplace: 12.30pm-1.00pm
In 2023, building on her successful work in this area, Nicola Green launched a service focused on Grief and Loss in the Workplace. This service aims to support organisations in managing and understanding grief and loss, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for all employees. Many assume grief and loss means death. While it can mean death, we can also experience grief and loss from other life changing events such as divorce, children leaving home, change in health etc.
Jill Attree, a Grief and Loss Specialist, will join Nicola for the interactive webinar and together they will go through:
- Introduction and Statistics
- Different forms of grief and loss
- Physical and psychological symptoms
- Why the workplace needs to understand and support
- Q&A
Menopause in the Workplace: 1.00pm-1.30pm
Nicola and her Consultancy has supported Bristol Law Society since 2020 addressing and supporting Menopause in the Workplace. As part of our regular Menopause Forum, we recently held a poll showing 71% of attendees would like better support for Menopause from their firms. As a result, we are delighted to bring today’s webinar for HR Practitioners in how to creative a supportive programme for colleagues experiencing varying stages of menopause, covering:
