A Quick Introduction to Gabrielle Laurin, BLS’s Bath Rep

The Bristol Law Society are happy to welcome Gabrielle (Gaby) Laurin as the council’s Bath Representative. Gaby is a Trainee Solicitor at RWK Goodman, based in Bath. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Gaby moved to the UK to undertake her legal studies and begin her career in law.

As the BLS’s Bath Rep, Gaby is eager to engage with the legal community in Bath, to better understand their priorities and to feed these back at monthly council meetings to ensure the Bristol Law Society are meeting the needs of its Bath contingent. She will also be looking to support engagement among colleagues in the area and will be exploring the potential of hosting Bath-based in-person events.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
