Ashley Palminteri, Head of Department at The Family Law Practice was interviewed by Esther Rantzen, on behalf of The One Show.

The feature relates to the difficulties that Grandparents can often experience in getting to see their grandchildren when the parents separate. Ashley’s perspective was on how grandparents should approach such issues and to rely on the courts, only as a very last resort.

The feature and interview is due to be broadcast on BBC1 on Thursday 6 February 2014, at 7pm.
