“But I’M not ready yet!” – ‘Empty Nest’ support in summer 2024

“But I’M not ready yet!”

Nicola Green is collaborating with the fabulous Jill Attree – Grief and Loss Specialist who works with her to support grief and loss in the workplace and they’re offering individuals support on a topic that is rarely understood or supported “empty nest”.

This is for you, if…

You would like some emotional support because:

✨You have a child transitioning to school

✨You have an adult child starting university or leaving home

We will provide reassurance that:

✨You are not alone

✨Your feelings and emotions are real and unique to you

They will also provide:

✨ A safe and non-judgemental space

✨ An understanding of why they are so passionate about supporting you

Following the fabulous response from their introductory session, they are offering small group support sessions (one in July and one in September) or 1:1 support session (upon request). The small group session will consist of no more than 5 attendees and the first session will be a listening space with practical and emotional support and guidance for you and your child. They will create a safe and comfortable space. The charge for each attendee will be a nominal fee of £25 per session and they will ask for commitment to both sessions at the outset.
