Recommendations for the future of Family Courts.

The President of the Family Division, Rt Hon Sir Andrew McFarlane, is pleased to confirm that interim recommendation reports have now been published by the Public and Private Law Working Groups, which have been looking at the process and practice of Family Law in England and Wales.

The working groups, led by Mr Justice Keehan (Public Law) and Mr Justice Cobb (Private Law) have included a wide range of cross professional representatives.

The groups are now pleased to deliver two comprehensive documents, outlining recommendations for the future of Family Courts.

Both reports will be open for consultation until 30th September 2019.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society.
