Support available on the updated TA6 Property Information Form
New guidance released by National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT) on material information is driving transformation across the various professions involved in the home-buying process.
The changes have been reflected in the updated version of the TA6 property transaction form. The Law Society have developed a range of resources to support our members and their firms, and to answer those questions that have been raised with us. This includes providing further information about why the TA6 form was updated, what the main changes to the process triggered by NTSELAT will involve, and why wasn’t there further consultation with the profession before the changes were introduced.
